The Canton Fair runs twice a year, ten minutes from our office. We plan itineraries, interpret, accompany buyers through the halls and the wholesale markets, and turn what you find into an order that actually ships.
The China Import and Export Fair — universally called the Canton Fair — has been held in Guangzhou since 1957. It runs twice a year, in spring and autumn, across three phases covering different product categories, in an exhibition complex large enough that walking it properly takes days.
For a buyer it is the fastest way in the world to see a category. For an unprepared buyer it is overwhelming, exhausting, and easy to leave with a folder of business cards and no orders.
The Fair is split into three phases, each roughly five days with breaks between. Flying in for the wrong phase is the most common and most expensive planning error. Confirm current dates on the official site before booking flights.
Electronics, machinery, hardware, vehicles and parts, building materials, lighting, chemicals, new energy.
Furniture, home décor, kitchenware, tableware, gifts, ceramics, garden, toys.
Clothing, textiles, shoes, bags, health and personal care, office supplies, medical.

Send us your dates and the categories you are buying, a few weeks ahead, and we will build an itinerary around what you actually need to see.
