Do you charge for an initial enquiry or quotation?
No. Enquiries, sourcing research and quotations are free. We charge a stated commission only when you place an order, or a fixed fee for standalone services such as inspection and consulting.
What is your minimum order?
It depends entirely on the product — a mixed container of small commodities can start very low, while a custom-moulded item may need thousands of pieces. Every industry page on this site lists indicative minimums. Where a factory minimum is habit rather than a technical constraint, we negotiate it.
Can you handle a small trial order first?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. A trial order of one pallet or one LCL shipment tells you more about a supplier than any amount of correspondence.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% against the pre-shipment inspection report — meaning you release the balance only after you have seen photographic evidence that the goods are correct. We work by T/T and, for established relationships, L/C at sight.
Do you buy from Alibaba or 1688?
We use every channel that gets you the right product, including online platforms, but the majority of our sourcing is done through direct factory relationships built over years — including factories that do not sell online at all.
Can you visit the factory?
Yes. Our office is in Guangzhou and most of the clusters we work in are within a few hours. Factory visits, audits and buyer accompaniment are part of what we do.
Can you consolidate goods from several different suppliers?
Yes — this is one of the most useful things we do. Goods from multiple factories are collected at our warehouse, checked, repacked if needed, and shipped as one container with one document set.
Do you handle certification like SONCAP, SASO or CE?
Yes. Certification requirements are established at specification stage, built into the order, and the testing or inspection is booked alongside production rather than after it.
What happens if the goods are wrong when they arrive?
We raise it with the factory on your behalf, with our inspection record as evidence. This is precisely why we inspect and photograph before loading — it turns a dispute about opinion into a discussion about a documented record.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Chinese as standard, with basic French and Arabic support available. All documentation is issued in English.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one working day, and often within hours during Guangzhou business hours (Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00, GMT+8). WhatsApp is the fastest route.
Can you ship to my country?
We currently export most heavily to Africa, the Middle East, North America and Southeast Asia, and we ship worldwide. If you tell us your destination port we will quote it.
Do you hold stock?
For repeat buyers on a managed programme, yes — we hold buffer inventory in Guangdong and ship to an agreed calendar. For one-off orders, goods move straight from factory to consolidation.
Can you develop a product to my own design?
Yes. OEM and ODM development, private labelling and bespoke packaging are routine work. Send a drawing, a sample or even a clear description of what you want changed.
What is the best time of year to place an order?
Avoid having production land across Chinese New Year (late January / February), when factories close for two to four weeks and capacity books out beforehand. Otherwise, order timing should follow your selling season, working backwards through transit and production time.
